Green beans

with rice and ground paprika

500 g green beans

2 onions

200 g rice

50 ml olive oil

½ tsp salt

20 g butter

ground paprika

1 Trim and wash the beans, then drain and chop into small pieces. Peel and finely dice the onions. Wash the rice and leave to drain. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Add the rice and cook for a few moments, stirring continuously.
